Special order items ship direct from each manufacturer. Refer to item description for estimated delivery timeframes.
You are safe shopping with Take-Two. Be assured that your credit card and personal information is encrypted as it travels across the internet to our Yahoo! server, a well known industry leader. We use "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) which ensures protected e-commerce transactions. As you enter in your order and delivery information, the characters are scrambled, making it impossible for a third party to intercept your information. Therefore, rest assured that you are in good hands!
Telephone Orders: We gladly accept telephone orders if you prefer not to send your credit card information via the computer. If you receive voice-mail, please leave a message and we will promptly return your phone call.
Payment Options: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. (see PayPal instructions)
Shipping: In most cases we need a physical address. If you have a P.O. box please contact our customer service department so that we can best accommodate your needs in order to expedite your ordering process.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased in our "Gift" section. If you prefer to purchase over the phone, or prefer to receive an actual HARD COPY of a certificate for someone as a special touch, feel free to contact us.
Special Offers/Promotions: Special offers are valid only through specified dates. Offers are not retroactive. Coupons valid one time only. Normal return policies apply. These specials are not valid with other offers.
Cancellations: Order cancellations must be made via EMAIL by the person which placed the order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order date. Orders cannot be cancelled via telephone and cannot be cancelled after an order has been processed. If the order has been shipped, it is then the customer's responsibility to send the item back, although it must meet our return guidelines (see Return & Special Order Policy). Shipping charges would then be the responsibility of the customer.
Change Orders: Change orders must be made via email within 24 hours of receipt of the order. To change an order email us @ info@taketwomaternity.com. When emailing your change request, please mark your email "Change Request" in the subject line in order to receive prompt attention. **Special orders - if your order has already been shipped from the manufacturers location, we are unable to grant a change request.
Problems During "Check-Out": If you are experiencing problems with the shopping cart during checkout process, please make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser. Cookies store only your basket contents and do not save any personal information.
