| RETURNS(NON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS): If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original order date. Backordered items delivered beyond the 30 day rule must obtain an RA# within seven (7) days of receipt of order. Products must be returned in new/unused condition with tags in tact. Prior to returning a shipment, you must first email us at info@taketwomaternity.com to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for your return. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt and processing of refunds. NOTE: Evening formal wear, swimwear, special order merchandise, sales items, close-out, clearance and shipping charges are non-returnable/non-refundable. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS: Original shipping charges incurred by Take-Two will be deducted from your total credit amount.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges on regular in-stock merchandise (non-special order items) are welcome within fourteen (14) days of order receipt. (Restocking fee may apply if these guidelines are not met). Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Take-Two.
RA NUMBER: Contact our Customer Service in writing in order to obtain a return authorization (RA #) prior to returning your order. All items must contain original packaging and manufacturer tags. Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused. Shipping charges are of the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend shipping insurance on all exchanges/returns as we cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, etc. on these items.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE (drop-shipped items): In order to provide our customers with the best selection and the best pricing we offer many items as special order which ship directly from each designer/manufacturer. Items marked as special order/dropped shipped items are ordered specifically for you and are shipped directly from the designer once your order is placed with Take-Two. We cannot accept returns on special order merchandise. Your order will be processed and credit card will be charged once orders are placed with the manufacturer. If your item is not due to ship immediately your order page will be updated with ESTIMATED shipping timeframe. Keep in mind, these are estimates given to us by each manufacturer and are subject to change.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING ESTIMATES: We provide shipping ESTIMATES as they are provided to us by each manufacturer for items which are not due to ship immediately. In some cases delivery times may vary. Neither Take-Two Maternity nor the manufacturer can be held liable for production and shipping delays.
MATERNITY WEAR/EXCHANGES: Maternity wear can be exchanged for size only of the same item (non-returnable) and must take place within 7 (seven) days from receipt of order. Tags must remain in tact and the item must be in new unused condition in order for an exchange to be granted. If the size is not available, it is of the disgretion of Take-Two to grant a return or in-store credit (restocking fees would apply). If an item is returned without meeting these guidelines, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order. Items other than formal wear which are marked as "Special Order" are also exchangeable for size/same item only. A return authorization number must be requested in writing in order to obtain an exchange for maternity wear. Nicole Maternity charges retailers $5 for each item being exchanged. We in-turn must charge our customers $5 for each item being exchanged through Nicole Maternity.
DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY: If you receive a damaged item during shipment we would be happy to replace your item, simply contact customer service within (5) days of receiving your order for instructions. We suggest that you request that the carrier obtain a signature if you do not wish for the item to be left at your door. We cannot be responsible of lost, damaged merchandise after the item has been delivered. NOTE: (A $5 fee will be charged for this service). Take-Two Maternity is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing or normal wear and tear. Take-Two Maternity is not responsible for damages to merchandise while in your care.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you believe the item that you received is defective, (does not include clothing which does not fit properly) please contact customer service in writing for an RA#. If the item received is in fact defective, we will gladly replace the item for you. If we determine the reason does not meet our requirement as defective merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse the request. Request must be made within five (5) days of receiving your order. If an item is sent back without an RA# the package will not be accepted. Furniture Items: Items must be inspected prior to assembly. Items will not be accepted after item has been assembled. We suggest shipping all packages with insurance as we cannot be liable for lost/stolen packages.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY: If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Take-Two. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. A 50% restocking fee will be applied. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest shipping rates possible. (Above does not apply to packages that were damaged during shipping).
CLOSE-OUT ITEMS: All sales are FINAL on close-out items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Personalized items are made to order specifically for each customer. Therefore all sales are final on personalized items.
CUSTOM FURNITURE: Custom made furniture items are made to order for each customer. All sales are final. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing customized products by the manufacturer. All Custom order furniture items require payment in full upon placement of order with Take-Two.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Feel free to contact us for the availability of our products. In most cases if the item is not in stock at the time the order is placed, the item will ship within the estimated timeframe mentioned in each item description.
SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING ESTIMATES: Please note that dates specified for special order items are estimates given to us by each manufacturer. If a product you have ordered is a Special Order item to be sent by the manufacturer and is not due to ship immediately, we will notify you as soon as we receive an estimate by the manufacturer on the item in which you have ordered. We do our best to provide this information as quickly as possible via the email address provided. Feel free to contact customer service if you have not yet heard a delivery estimate. NOTE: Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations on special order items will ONLY be accepted if the order HAS NOT been sent to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer has received the order, we are committed to accept the merchandise. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the person that placed the order. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
Cancellations of in stock merchandise (non-special order, or custom order items). If the item has shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item at their expense. Once we have identified the request for cancellation and identify that it has met our requirements, you will receive a confirmation email. If the cancellation request does not meet the guidelines, the cancellation request will be denied. We cannot accept phone calls without a follow-up email in writing for cancellations.
DISCLAIMER ON COLOR VARIANCES DUE TO COMPUTER MONITOR DISPLAY: We provide manufacturer descriptions and images on all of our products. There are times when a product may appear slightly different in color than it appears in the image on your computer. We cannot be held responsible for slight variances of color.
PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS: The following rules apply to all current promotions. Special offer valid only through specified dates. Offers are not retroactive. Normal return policies apply. Not valid with other discount offers. Merchandise of same value cannot be exchanged. Deal of the Day Items: Quantities/sizes may be limited and are available on a first come first serve basis. Deal of the Day prices are not retroactive, nor may they be extended. Refunds will not be granted; in-store credit only may be warranted.
FAX ORDERS: We gladly accept orders via fax. Please make sure to send the following information when placing your order:
1. Ship to address
2. Bill to address
3. Name as it appears on credit card
4. Complete credit card number, including exp. date; specify Visa/MasterCard.
5. 3 digit security code on back of card
6. Item numbers and description of item
7. Quantity request for each item
8. Phone number including area code
9. Email address (email where order confirmation will be sent)
NOTE: If paying with PayPal please specify and disregard credit card information. (Make sure to supply your billing email address so that we can invoice you through PayPal).
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address specified. Please note that if you have blocking on your email, you may not receive this confirmation.
