Shipping & Tax Info

Post Office Mailing Address: A physical address is required for shipping purposes. If you must have your order shipped to a post office box, please enter a note in the Comment section of our order page and we will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind that many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer; therefore it is out of our control as to which carrier they use. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.


Outside United States?: For most orders we do ship outside the United States. Our site is currently set up to accept orders from the U.S., Canada, Austrailia, Puerto Rico and the UK. Please contact Customer Service info@taketwomaternity.com with item(s) you are interested in and include your complete shipping address. Please note that some of our products do not qualify for shipping outside the United States. Shipping charges are based on a one (1) item order up to 3 lbs. If you are ordering over 1 item or 1-3 lbs. we will send you an email with the additional shipping costs. Keep in mind that duty fees, etc. are not included in the shipping costs, you can contact Customs to find out what the rates are.


APO ADDRESSES: Many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer and do NOT qualify for APO shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply to APO addresses as well. We will notify you via email if additional shipping charges apply prior to processing your order, as well as if the product you ordered qualifies for APO shipping.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S. (ALASKA, HAWAII) - FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S. A SHIPPING QUOTE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR APPROVAL. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS WE HEAR BACK FROM YOU, THEREFORE PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE A GOOD EMAIL ADDRESS.

FREE SHIPPING: Many items qualify for FREE GROUND SHIPPING; refer to item description to see if item qualifies. Offer valid on one item orders per customer/per address. Special Orders: If ordering more than one item coming from different manufacturers you will be charged $5.00 for the second item on your order. Offer applies to ground shipping ONLY within the contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded). A quote will be provided for areas which are not available for ground shipping. Free shipping only applies to initial orders - free shipping DOES NOT apply to exchanges and/or in store credits. Customer will be charged for shipping on exchange items and in store credit items. Charges will be applied and added to the order amount upon shipment.

AIR SHIPPING? Need your order fast? We provide Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Select Air Shipping. Shipping prices in our system are based on a single item not to exceed 1-3 lbs. If your order exceeds this, we will contact you with a quote. Your order will not be processed until we get your approval on the shipping charges, therefore it is very important to provide a number or email where you can be reached during business hours.

MATERNITY WEAR & AIR SHIPPING: ITEMS MARKED AS "SPECIAL ORDER" SHIP DIRECT FROM NICOLE MATERNITY - NICOLE MATERNITY DOES NOT OFFER 3-DAY SHIPPING. NEXT DAY AND 2-DAY SHIPPING ONLY. IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM FOR 3-DAY SHIPPING, WE WILL CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO SEE IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE TO 2-DAY SHIPPING.

MATERNITY "RUSH" ORDERS: On select items we offer "RUSH" ordering. This simply means that the manufacturer is offering this item to be made within the timeline specified in the item description which is normally 1-2 weeks. Please be advised this DOES NOT include the shipping timeframe. If you wish to have the item shipped other than Ground shipping, please choose the option at the checkout; 2nd day, or Next Day (3-day shipping is not available on Maternity wear as these items ship direct from the designer and they do not offer this option).

AIR SHIPPING TO INCLUDE SATURDAY: THE CARRIERS DO NOT CONSIDER SATURDAY AS A BUSINESS DAY. WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, KEEP IN MIND THAT BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE FOR US TO QUOTE YOU AIR SHIPPING TO INCLUDE SATURDAY WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. Your order will be processed/shipped the next business day from the date of your order (excluding holidays).NOTE: Not all items are available for air shipping. You will be contacted if item(s) are not available for this service.

TAX INFORMATION: All orders shipped OUTSIDE the State of Washington will NOT be charged sales tax. Any order shipped within the State of Washington WILL be charged applicable sales tax as required by law. If you have any questions about sales tax please email our customer service below.
